No Refund Policy for AI Services

This includes cases where you are unsatisfied with AI-generated results, as AI output quality is subjective and varies based on multiple factors.

All payments are final. Once AI processing begins and content is generated, no refunds will be provided. We recommend using our free trial or demo features to evaluate service quality before making purchases.

You retain all rights to your original product images. For AI-generated content:

• You receive a license to use generated images for commercial purposes
• We retain rights to the AI models and technology
• Generated content may not be resold as a standalone service
• You may not reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology

You may not use our service for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Generating harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Copyright infringement
