Refund Policy

All purchases of AadiVisuals subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, we handle each case with fairness — see below.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@aadivisuals.com within 30 days. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Add-on credits, one-time purchases, and custom enterprise contracts are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Email us at support@aadivisuals.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
